The Hampton Roads District Roadside Development Section will schedule and perform all necessary tree trimming prior to the start of milling and paving operations. All associated costs will be covered by the District.

Who will be responsible for scheduling, and the costs associated with, the towing of any vehicles in the work area.

The Contractor is responsible for coordinating the towing of any vehicles within the work area. The cost of towing will be the responsibility of the vehicle owner. The details of the towing process will be discussed at the Preconstruction Conference.
