Sheet 8C(2) will be provided as a post award revision. This sheet delineates E&S for obscuring of pavement along existing Redbud Road. All E&S and obscuring quantities associated with this sheet are accounted for in the quantity summary and bid proposal.

Item 810 description in the bid items says communication equip. NS Modify existing controller cabinet. The special provisions for this item do not mention any communication equipment specifically, and the plans do not mention anything about changing communication equipment out. What type of communication equipment we are to modify? Or is the full intent of the modification of the cabinet to change the programming in the controller as noted on the plans and remove the load switches from phase 4 and disable phase 4 leaving the light operating in either phase 2-5 or phase 2-6 with the FYA?
