We were unable to attend the pre-bid meeting but are interested in submitting a bid. We have since obtained the plans and downloaded the bidding software. What can we do to maintain elibiligity to participate?

Attendance at the mandatory pre bid meeting was a requirement for eligibility to submit a bid. Because this requirement was not met, we are unfortunately unable to allow participation in the bidding process for this advertisement.

The Showing info was identified as REQUIRED ATTENDANCE in the 2/24 advertisement for the project, and the Mandatory Pre-Bid Showing SPCN is on p.4 of the advertised proposal.
