We are assuming Borrow material will be utilized to raise non paved shoulders where no gaurdrail is in place. 21a/b material will be utilized in areas of gaurdrail updates are expected. Are these assumtions corret? Can details of the topsoil be provided? where is it expected to be utilized and to what deepth of placement?

Borrow material is to be utilized in areas of shoulder buildup. 21A/B material is shown for use in specific locations identified on the summary sheets, within the typical sections, and applicable uses defined within the proposal. Topsoil placement is shown on the Roadside Development sheets at a 3” depth and is intended to be placed on disturbed areas that will receive seeding.
