Is the intent for the temporary pavement marking to be placed on the new asphalt after it is placed until the permanent pavement marking can be scheduled?

Based on the proposal, it is the Departments intent to widen the roadway 1’ on both sides of the roadway. After field review, there are sections of roadway that will not accommodate the road widening with the existing shoulders. What is the Departments intent for these sections of roadway?

There are sections of roadway unable to accommodate widening on one or both sides of the roadway.  In areas unable to accommodate this widening the work will remain in the footprint of the side of the roadway.  Please note on the schedule sheets that trench cut quantity is lower than total length of certain sections.
