On sheet 22 note 5 under daily roadway opening, it states at the end of each workday, the roadway shall be opened to normal traffic patterns. Are we required to open the roadway daily on non-interstate routes?

What bridges can we reduce the vertical clearances for in order to install platform. Some portions of structures seem to have a high vertical clearance. For example, bridge 14 over 81 and bridge 16 over 81.
