There are areas where the median behind the proposed HTCB has a "W" shaped profile, with the median raised and roadside ditches along both travel lanes. Under Item 0303SD20-0004 (Grading) are these areas intended to be excavated to march the "V" profile shown on Page 191 of the proposal?

In that case, the requirement will be to only grade the side slope of the shoulder where the cable barrier is proposed to be installed.
