Do contractors need to provide advance notice of attendees for the pre-bid and site visit? And do all attendees need to have prior CII clearance?

Advance notice is not required. Attendees will sign a CII NDA form (provided at the meeting) and provide a copy of a valid state ID. No additional CII clearance is required to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit.
