The proposal shows SM-12.5A under line number 70 and the detail on sheet 2a of the plans show SM-9.5A. Can you clarify which will be required?

Please provide geotechnical report as it was not included in projectwise.

There is not a geotechnical report. The contractor is responsible for investigation of the signal poles as per the Road and Bridge Specifications.
