Item 0190 Substr. Wid./Repair Concrete Superstructure Surface Repair bid item is listed a unit of Tons with a quantity of 23, however the plans show it as a unit of SY with a quantity of 25. Please advise.

Schedule of Items – Line number 0190 will be updated to Item ID Description - 412SX20-0015 SUPERSTR. WID./REPAIR CONCRETE SUPERSTRUCTURE SURFACE REPAIR – with a unit of SY. The plans and schedule of items showed the quantity as 23, which is correct.
