On Route 687 Henry County, shouldn't the 1,056 SY of "Curb Mill" be classified as Item Code 515SD20-0013 instead of Item Code 515SD20-0011 as it is on various other routes in the contract?

Yes, 1,056 SY curb milling under item 515SD20-0011 for route 687 (Soapstone Rd) in Henry County should have been included under item 515SD20-0013. An addendum is forthcoming to correct this issue.
