Reference Bid Proposal Sheet 1 (Award of Contract) and Transportation Management Plan Sheets 1H (1) - 1H (12) The Award of the contract could be as late as the week of Thanksgiving. This puts the preconstruction conference most likely into December 2025 (and into the end of year holiday season). Administrative timing very likely pushes the Phase 1A and Phase 1B ramp closures into the holiday season and also extends the Phase 2 asphalt pavement into January 2026. Will the Department expedite award of the contract such that Phase 1 and Phase 2 can be (weather permitting) performed in calendar year 2025? If not possible, will the Department extend the contract time if completion of Phase 1 and Phase 2 cannot be completed due to weather or asphalt plant shutdown?

This Project has Type BI-6" listed for the final markings, is it supposed to be Type BVI-6"? Or does the department want Type BI-6" thermo instead of Tape?
