On the spreadsheet of bridges in the bid documents are the measurements for substructure correct because they seem high regardless if the correct measurements is Linear Feet (LF) or Square Yards (SY)?

No, 34202 LF should be 24,665 LF. An addendum is forthcoming.

On the bid sheet the unit of measure for substructure is Linear Feet (LF), is this correct because on this type bid the unit of measure for substructure is usually Square Yards (SY)?

We have never seen a bridge washing contract where substructure is mesasured in Linear feet only the drainage trough has been in Linear Feet previously. Could you tell us what linear feet are being measured on the substructure? For example bridge FID 20395 in Hampton is only 202.1 linear feet long and 143.8 linear feet wide but the substruture is 3676.94 linear feet.

It is total of Length of abutments and piers.
