The Schedule of Items and Quantity Summaries for Items 0080, 0510, and 0520 are correct and in agreement. The Schedule of Items and/or Quantity Summaries for Items 0110, 0150, 0200, 0210, 0220, 0230, 0260, 0280, 0300, and 0320 all had inconsistencies. An addendum is forthcoming.

Question Date: 3/19/2025 11:28:46 AM
There are clear discrepancies on the addendum revised on 03/14/2025 between the Schedule of Items vs. the Quantity Summaries for the following Line Numbers: 0210 - shows 31 on SOI vs. 36 from Quantity Summaries (21 + 15); 0220 - shows 14550 (SOI) vs. 14560 (QS); 0230 - shows 24,775 (SOI) vs. 24782 (QS); 0280 - shows 27041 (SOI) vs. 26716 (QS). Please advise if SOI takes precedence over the Quantity Summaries and not just individual GR Site Summary.
Answer   Date: 3/20/2025 3:30:49 PM
Receipt of bids is being delayed and another addendum is forthcoming.

Question Date: 3/17/2025 3:06:55 PM
In the addendum, the following line numbers for the SOIs, Summaries of Estimated Quantities, and Individual Site # Quantities are inconsistent with each other: 0080 (not included in any of the individual Site # Quantities), 0210 (Summaries Quantities differs), 0220 (Summaries Quantities Differs), 0230 (Summaries Quantities differs), 0280 (Summaries Quantities differs), 0300 (not included in any of the Individual Site # quantities). Please advise.
Answer   Date: 3/18/2025 4:03:23 PM
There are no apparent discrepancies between the Schedule of Items vs. the Quantity Summaries. If any discrepancies are present in the individual GR Site Summary of Estimated Quantities, the Schedule of Items shall take precedence.

Subject: Typical Section Clarification Type: Plan
Question Date: 3/11/2025 12:25:43 PM
On the Montgomery section of the project, can you please clarify what station ranges are to receive the 4" Mill and Replace and which station ranges are to receive the 8' Full Depth Trenching? The dashed lines drawn on the plans to denote the different types of work do not seem to match the lines shown on the legend for these two items.
Answer   Date: 3/14/2025 2:14:31 PM
8’ Full Depth Trenching is no longer a part of the project and that linestyle has been removed from the legend in the revised plans as part of a forthcoming addendum. The 8’ Full Depth Trenching linestyle does not appear anywhere in the current plan sheets. The linestyle for 4” Mill and Replace (Match Exist.) did not plot correctly in the plan view and looked very similar to the 10’ Full Depth Trenching linestyle. This will also be corrected in the forthcoming addendum.

Question Date: 3/19/2025 4:29:49 PM
The plans provided in the March 14 revision still show 8' Full Depth Trenching on the legend and the linestyle for the 4" Mill and Replace still does not match the linestyle shown in the legend. Was this the addendum to correct those issues or is there another forthcoming? Can you please provide clarification on all locations that 4" Mill and Replace is to take place?
Answer   Date: 3/20/2025 3:30:30 PM
Receipt of bids is being delayed and an addendum is forthcoming.
