Rte 130 on the route sheet indicates that the pay item is IM-19.0 D but in the details show IM-19.0 E. Could you clarify which mix is required and the pay item?

The pay item 315SD20-0043 IM-19.0 D is correct. The note should read: For deep mill locations Repave with 2.5" IM-19.0D.
