PerSheet 9(4) the 24" pipe from 4-2 to 4-13 is shown to be a bored & jacked RCP. 1. can this B&J pipe be Welded Steel Pipe in-lieu of concrete? 2. Per sheet 8 the pipe from 4-2 to 4-13 is shown to receive a cradle as well. How can the pipe be both bored and jacked and have a CIP cradle?

The pipe needs to be concrete, with the intent of providing a concrete cradle under the upstream portion that can be installed by open cut, then continuing without for the jack & bore portion.
