The addendum issued on Thursday June 8th is not clear on what was changed on the cover. Please advise what change was made on the cover.

The Contract ID No. was updated. The revised Contract ID No. should be used when submitting the Form C-24 (Proposal Guaranty) to the bonding company. This will ensure the bid bond is submitted properly on BidExpress. You may also submit the bid bond directly to the VDOT Central Office on the Letting day, no later than 10 am. The executed contract will be updated accordingly.
