Plan Sheet 66 V: There is no time-of-year restriction for protected bat species in the Environmental Commitment Summary Sheet. However, in the Nationwide Permit 23, a tree cutting restriction of April 1 through November 14 is noted. Please clarify if the tree clearing restriction is required on this project.
