Will VDOT consider an extension of the bid due date; the next revision to the plans has not been received yet which will take significant time for contractors to review and incorporate into the bids?

Due to the this revision including some extra sheets (R1 & R2), but not answering all questions, VDOT will delay bid-letting and issue another addendum in the next week to summarize ALL plan changes.	7/20/2026
No, VDOT will not delay bid letting again. The revisions and proposal addendum will be posted today. This will provide time for contractors to complete their proposal.	7/10/2026
