Due to this revision including some extra sheets (R1 & R2), but not answering all questions, VDOT will delay bid-letting and issue another addendum in the next week to summarize ALL plan changes.	7/20/2026
No, VDOT will not delay bid letting again. The revisions and proposal addendum will be posted today. This will provide time for contractors to complete their proposal.	7/10/2026
