Line items calls for SP-9. Is this correct? I was advised that Richmond uses SP-8. Please advise.

The City of Richmond utilizes the SP-8 signal head. That being said, please bid the project as shown in the bid documents; the SP-9 signal head. The intent will be to issue a change order during construction to add the SP-8 and remove the SP-9.	3/21/2024
