Route 13, Old Buckingham Road shall only be closed and the detour implemented after the Contractual NTP of June 15, 2020. The detour must be removed on or before the final completion date of August 31, 2020.

Will the existing utility that is attached to the bridge be relocated prior to NTP?

The bridge attachment (Verizon) is abandoned. New cable was placed off the bridge connecting new pedestals and bored under the creek. The "As-Builts" are complete for each relocation and are available to the winning construction bidder.
