Page 6 of the route listing there are two locations listed on route 3 East Bound starting that the Culpeper County Line. The second of these has 5” of IM trench widening for 5.01 miles, and 2” of surface for 3.39 miles. Is it the departments intention that for the first 3.39 miles that 7” of material be removed and replaced with 5” IM and 2” SM12.5A for the trench widening and then past mile marker 3.39 only 5” of material be removed and replaced with only IM. Or should the length of one of the items be adjusted?
