The existing fence will be moved by the land owner prior to contract execution.

The roadside development page indicates that 1.7 acres will be disturbed and will need to be seeded. There is no bid item for topsoil. How will that be paid?

No separate payment will be made for topsoil. The cost of stripping, stockpiling, and spreading of any topsoil shall be included in Regular Excavation
