Will the Contractor be required to furnish his own QC testing, or will VDOT perform all testing required on the site?

The contractor will need to perform their own QC testing as the Department will only perform testing as required within the VDOT guidance documents. The Contractor shall perform any QC control measures for themselves unless here within specified.

This provision was mistakenly included with the revision. It will be removed via revision prior to execution as there are no compensatory mitigation associated with this project.
