Sheet 1G, note 5. A. states that no lane closures will be allowed between 6am and 9pm. The contractor shall be subject to hourly fines for lanes shut down during those times. What are the values of the lane rental / hourly fines?

This note has been deleted from the plans as there are no hourly fines for this project. The Contractor is not permitted to have a lane closure during the hours of 6AM to 9PM.

No, the contractor needs to proceed with the Jack and Bore pipe installation in accordance with Section 302.03(a)1 of the 2016 Road and Bridge Specifications which covers the ‘Jack and Bore Method’ and how to address obstructions encountered during the jack and bore operations.

Need clarification on this pay item. Per the plans this is what it shows. Sheet No. 8(3), 8(4), 8(5), & 8(6) Show relocations of mile markers.
