There is no difference in line item 0640 item code 13607 IMPACT ATTEN. (TL-3,>=40 MPH DES.SP.) and line item 0660 item code 13710 IMPACT ATTENUATOR TL3. Bidders are advised to Bid a unit price of $0.00 for line item 0660 item code 13710 IMPACT ATTENUATOR TL3. Line item 0660 will be deleted in the executed contract and line item 0640 item code 13607 IMPACT ATTEN. (TL-3,>=40 MPH DES.SP.) will prevail.
