Regarding the scope of work, it is required to provide cofferdams to perform the construction of the piers in the river. We didn’t find documentation on the nature of the soil in place neither on the quality of the rock in this area. To provide an accurate price on the cofferdams and to provide the good technical solution for cofferdam construction, we would need a suitable soil investigation such as bore hole and soil/rock quality.
