Hampton Roads District has large structures over water which access can be very costly. Barge/Intricate Scaffold Systems/ Snoopers will all be required to access some structures. Is this incidental?

Will debris shields be required? This is a very costly item. Will VDOT entertain a debris shield line item?

The Contractor shall contain all debris/construction material during demolition and new construction associated with work items bid as part of this contract. The cost of equipment and material necessary to control debris shall be included in the price bid for the appropriate items.
