The plans state to remove end diaphragms, is it the intent of the plans to also remove the intermediate diaphragms along the noted beam lines?

The suggested sequence of construction clearly explains the need to remove the end diaphragm to accommodate multiple stage of jacking operations. At the end of each stage, these end diaphragms has to be reinstalled. Please see Sheet 3 of 18.

Yes, Latex Modified Concrete Very Early Strength is required.

Are there any tests for lead on this project?

Lead testing is not necessary for these subject bridges since the bridge superstructures were just replaced and widened in 1989.

Can Type F2 be used instead of Type 1 for the expansion dams

This request of using Type F2 in lieu of the Type 1 Expansion Dams is acceptable.
