In the proposal, under the spec on page 76/269 it says Category B, Method A. But on Page 251/269 - it says Category B, Method D, will you please clarify which method is acceptable?

While the modified special provision (including PDF page 76) discusses all methods and categories of the pipe rehab (including those that are NOT used for this Work), this bid proposal specifies Method B, Category D. References to the specified method and category can be found on the bid form (PDF page 7), the measurement and payment section of the modified special provision (PDF page 80), the scope of work (PDF page 219), the environmental permit (PDF page 251), and numerous other places that “spray liner” is mentioned. Therefore, other methods are not acceptable.
