Is railroad protective insurance required for work on the NS Right of Way?

We do not anticipate any work on the NS Right of Way, All work shown is limited to the portion of the culvert that is only on VDOT Right of Way; No Railway Insurance should be necessary for the work shown. The limits of the repairs are shown on the plans.
