On page 229 (244 when scrolling) Mulch Summary, the plans list HECP type 2 3,025 SYD and HECP Type 3 2,175 SYD to be used but in the Schedule of Items these HECP's are not listed to bid on. Please advise if this will be added to the Schedule of Items as a pay item we will need to bid on. Thank you.

Items HECP Ty. 2 (code 27111) and HECP Ty. 3 (Code 27112) will be added by addendum.
