Plan sheet 5 depicts the permanent attenuator as LOW MAINTENANCE. The bid item (13607) for this attenuator does not denote low maintenance. What is correct, the bid item as a re-directive only or the plan sheet for low maintenance?

The PCMS will be used for lane closure operations (shoulder closure, lane shifts, etc.)
and every time the traffic patterns will be changed. The PCMS are to be used on each roadway
of this project (Russell Branch and Route 7) for two weeks in advance before any work starts.

The existing water mains within the project limits are believed to be ductile
iron, but per general note 1 on sheet 12(2), “The location, depths and sizes of existing
utilities shown on the utility adjustment plans are not guaranteed. The contractor shall
field verify with test holes the location, elevation, type, roundness and size of all existing
underground utilities and points of connection prior to excavation, ordering materials
and installation for this project.”

On profile sheet 08(13), it states that 100 LF of 36" SSP Required. On plan sheet 5 it shows the 36" run from EX40 to 5-09 as being existing. please clarify which instance is correct.
