In the addendum dated 3/12/21, the SPCN for Sealing Grooves of Inlaid Markers and the SPCN for Sealing Rumble Strips was deleted but the items were not deleted from the bid quantities. Is it the states intent to keep both items in the bid list?

The SPCN's deleted were duplicates of the SPCN's shown on page 9, all original work is still contained in the proposal, therefore no change is required to the SOI.
