In the notes on certain sections of this proposal it states, no open milled surface will be permitted. The same note also references the SPCN for Work Schedule. Please confirm that the intent is to not have a milled surface left open on the dates there is no work being performed per the SPCN Work Schedule only, and not the entirety of the contract.

The locations identified in the notes for each section in the proposal are the same locations identified in the SPCN. The locations identified in the SPCN are the only locations that apply to those specific restrictions.
