Without the State clarifying the posted questions regarding in-accurate units of measure for bid items, non-standard item descriptions and an unknown method of paying for repair items, the state is forcing odd bid pricing open to contractor interpretation.

Special Provision CN505-000100-00 IMPACT ATTENUATOR covers repairs and pad replacement. The pad replacement should be included in the pay item for an Impact Attenuator.
