What material will be used for the reseal of the joints? Page 152 mentions a new Preformed Elastomeric Joint Sealer under Item 0280 - Expansion Joint Reconstruction (VES) but does not spec out a type or size.

Subject: TS Temporary Traffic Control Signal Type: Proposal

In the spec part of the proposal for this item it says locations are found on pages 13-20. The pages specified are the wage decision. Without the locations and drawings how is the contractor supposed to know what the temporary will entail to price this item.

The no-plan assembly included language stating that “Locations for the initial replacement or repair of bridge components are noted on sheets 13-20”. This statement can be found on page 131 of the contract assembly. This statement refers to sheets 13-20 of the no-plan assembly, not the total compiled contract. The structure locations, which are actually the task orders for the first 4 bridges, begin on page 141 of the contract and give the latitude and longitude of each structure. As built drawings for these structures will be loaded to project wise.
