ON THE ROADSIDE DEVELOPMENT PAGE, THE SUMMARY AT THE BOTTOM SHOWS A VALUE TO BE FOR LEGUME SEEDING BUT IN THE SCHEDULE OF ITEMS THERE IS NO LEGUME OR LEGUME OVERSEEDING TO BE QUOTED. THE ADDITIVES AND SEEDING SCHEDULE ALSO CALLS OUT FOR LEGUME SEEDING MIX TO BE USED ON SLOPE. SHOULD THERE BE LEGUME SEEDING ON THE SCHEDULE OF ITEMS FOR US TO QUOTE?

Subject: Paving Under Guardrail Type: Plan

The plan sheet on page 220 of the proposal shows 2" SMA-12.5(64E-22) under the guardrail that will be extended across Exit 167, can the asphalt for this new 4' shoulder be changed to SM-9.5A or D since it will be done as a separate operation not in conjunction with the roadway paving?

The department would be open to a substitution for the 2" SMA-12.5(64E-22) located under and behind the proposed new guardrail across Exit 167, if an alternative was approved it would be handled via work-order during construction.  
 
Subject: Concrete Foundation STP-1 Ty B Type: Plan

In the no plan assembly the quantity for the Ty b foundations says 22, however, I am only counting 7. Can you specify where the other 15 foundations are coming from?
