The RFP for this call order contains the same UPC & State project numbers of another RFP issued last year**, which was to be completed June 30, 2020. I've never noticed duplication of UPC and State Project numbers before, is this typical? **REF CONTRACT ID. NO.: C0000114697P01

The referenced project was previously advertised and let, however the bids were rejected. The project has been repackaged for advertisement again.
