Va structure number 2409, I-264 over I-264 EBL on Ramp appears to have been recently cleaned and painted, is the reason for placing this structure to be recoated? Is this due to the number of deficiencies from the previous contractor or is this an oversite?

Yes, this bridge was recoated a few years ago. This bridge will be removed from the list.
