It looks like the MK SD0401 and SD0502 bars (VAMC connection sheet 14) were left out of the steel schedule. Can this be added?

The Contract allows 75 days for award and execution of the contract. Given the present environment, we can expect the entire 75 days being required for execution of the contract. This puts start of work in mid July at the earliest and substantial completion required within 4 months. We are concerned that this may be insufficient time for shop drawing preparation/approval and fabrication of the prestressed concrete slabs. Placement of surface asphalt /substantial completion is highly weather dependent. Is there any possibility of extending the time limit? The detour is short and the ADT (2018) was only 819.

No, the time limits for substantial completion noted in the contract cannot be extended on this project.
