1. Will VDOT be adding the line item 54219 Inlaid Pavement Marker Asphalt on Slurry/Latex and Surface treatment 2020 schedules?

Existing Raised Snow-Plowable Pavement Markers in 2020 Schedules will be replaced with Inlaid Pavement Markers. The routes on this project will not require the replacement of markers.

Historically, there has always been a "Schedule Notes" page in the proposal; however, this proposal does not contain such section. There is no mention of Holiday Lane Closures nor General Traffic Constrictions, etc. Are these items left to the contractors discretion or was the page(s) neglected to be included?
