The summary of quantities beginning on page 283 only shows 13 of the 73 line items. Will the contractors be provided summary of quantities of locations for the remaining items?

This is only showing what the estimated quantities are for that particular task order. Only those 13 line items are being utilized for that particular task order.  
 
Subject: Remove Concrete Foundation Type: Bid Sheet

There are only two each of the O/H sign structure foundation and two of the ground mount concrete foundation. The quantities are less than the removal of signs. Can you clarify what signs that the remove foundations go with? How is the contractor going to be paid for the additional foundation removals?

These line items are for the O/H or Ground Mount Structure Foundation removals only. These are proposed for locations where the sign panels and post/structures were previously removed by other sources. Please refer to the special provision located on page 4. Any additional foundation removals are included within Remove Existing Sign Structure (Ty. XX), refer to Spec 700.06 in the 2019 Supplement to the 2016 Road and Bridge Specifications.
