Can cables for rigging on structures 6317 and 6517 remain in place over traffic outside of work hours if they do not restrict clearance?

Cables that remain in place outside of allowable work hours shall not extend below the low chord of the superstructure steel. Cables shall be sufficiently secured and shown on containment submittal package for VDOT review.
