There is no structure information for structures 3-1, 3-2, 3-3, 3-4, 3-5, 3-6, or 3-7. Will this information be provided via drainage descriptions and/or drainage summary or both?

Grading is lump sum. It appears to be a lot of borrow Material needed for the project. Is this borrow suppose to be included in the lump sum. If so what are the CBR requirements, etc. There is no drainage detail sheet. Proposal does not have any details on the three MH structures or Frame & Covers

This is a No Plan project where borrow is to be included in the cost of Grading, as per 2016 VDOT Road and Bridge Specification Section 303.06(f.) and Project Note No. 19. Grading Note G-6 specifies CBR-5.0. Drainage Descriptions are included in the June 11, 2019 Revision.
