VDOT Notice dated May 9, 2019 deleted the times that the weekend closures and detours on I-64 Eastbound and Westbound are permitted. To properly prepare our bid we need to know when we will be allowed to setup these closures/detours and when we have to have them removed. Can you re-establish the time frame when these closures/detours will be permitted?
