Per sheet 6 in the VDOT 989 contract under Limitations of Operations “No milled areas shall be left unpaved from Thursday evening through Sunday evening.” A majority of the schedule consist of subdivision routes which seems unusual to see limitations of this nature. Please clarify if this statement applies to the whole contract or just an individual section & if so please clarify that individual section/traffic group this statement applies too.

The "Limitations of Operations" SPCN with a Reissued date of 7-12-16 shall apply to all other roadways outside of the parameters of section III.A.1 of the Cold Planing (Milling) Asphalt Concrete Operations Special Provision, with designated Traffic Group of XIV and above.
