Can the Department please verify that the posted wage scale in this project is correct? We have determined that there is from 16% to 41% increases in certain labor descriptions, from the Jan. 2018 determination to the current Sept. 2018 determination. We find that the addition of Fringes has increased the overall compensation dramatically from the previous scales.
