Does this mean that there are 5 additional PDA tests on the piles or is there another test pile program with additional pile lengths? If an additional test pile program is required, it appears that the quantity for Bid Item 1970 is wrong.

Plans indicate locations of test piles which also receive dynamic pile testing. These test piles are paid for as driving test for pile (LF) and Dynamic Pile Test (EA). The plan quantity for Dynamic Pile Test (EA) accounts for an additional 4 tests on piles that are not “test piles” as required by the Engineer. There are no additional test piles.
